       2019 was undeniably another milestone year for Imus National High School students who bagged a total of four (4) medals in individual and team contests and two (2) merit awards in three of the most prestigious international mathematics competitions thru the leadership and effort of our Principal Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Jr. and Mathematics Head Teacher Ms. Marilou M. Martin. 

       The Mathematics Trainers' Guild, Phils. (MTG), an organization recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd), aims to give kids the opportunity to compete and showcase their prowess in international math contests. The math contests drew more than a thousand math wizards from different countries and territories: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and more. Our students have been selected as members of the Philippine Delegation in the following competitions:

       15TH INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS CONTEST (IMC) held at Singapore last August 2- 5, 2019. David Johann P. Magpusao, Silver Medalist and Allen Carter J. Silva, Merit Awardee together with their coaches Precylyn C. Arguelles and Dina P. Magpusao

       2019 ASIAN INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS OLYMPIAD (AIMO) in Taiwan last August 4 – 8, 2019. Milcah Franzell B. Monzon, Bronze Medalist and Gold Honor in the 2019 WORLD MATHEMATICS GAMES OPEN (WMGO) with her coach Jennifer A. Medina.

       2019 INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS OPEN FOR YOUNG ACHIEVERS (IMOYA) held at Singapore last September 13 – 16, 2019. Louie Arfel G. Talili and Stephanie Joyce L. Silva both won the Bronze Medal by Individual Category and 1st   Runner – Up in the Team Activity Contest while Mateja Kishi A. Ventura gained the Merit Award during the with their coach Marylinda E. Aleman.

       This was made possible through the continuous support of the City Government of Imus thru our beloved City Mayor EMMANUEL L. MALIKSI and City Councils, Schools Division Office headed by Dr. Hermogenes M. Panganiban (OIC – SDS), Dr. Galileo L. Go (OIC – ASDS) and Dr. Josephine P. Canlas (EPS – Math).
